This Privacy Policy (together with our terms and conditions of sale available at, www.active-minds.org/us/terms-and-conditions describes the ways in which [Active Healthcare Solutions Ltd] (“Active Minds,” “we,” “our” or “us”) collects, uses and discloses information about you through www.active-minds.org/us and all other Active Minds websites and applications that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Online Services”).  By using the Online Services, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy, now and as amended by us.

1.     Information we may collect.

Information you provide. We may collect any information that you provide us when using the Online Services, including, but not limited to when you: create an account, purchase a product, sign-up to receive our electronic newsletter or otherwise contact us with a question, comment or request.  The information that you provide us can include, but is not limited to: (i) your name, contact information, username, password and other registration information; (ii) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases or respond to any offers; and (iii) information you provide when you contact Active Minds.

Information collected through automatic means. If your contact information changes, if you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us or to have us share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, or if you wish to inquire about the information we have collected about you, please submit a request at the contact information listed below.  In addition, you can exercise your right to prevent processing of your information for marketing purposes by checking certain boxes on certain forms you may use to submit information directly to us.

7.     Third-party links.

Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.

8.     Do not track signals.

9.     California Residents
