How It Works
This workout is all about improving mobility through gentle resistance physical activity.
Each DVD includes three gentle workouts that demonstrate basic movements to carefully mobilise the body, all activities performed while remaining in a seated position. You’ll notice the pace is rather slow, this is deliberate to show that the workout doesn’t include strenuous or tiring movements, suitable for all abilities.
The DVD starts with a hand, finger and mind warm up, followed by:
- Stress Ball workout
- Massage Ball workout
- Bump Ball workout
